Sending a Mail/Care Package

Inmates can get letters and care packages from their loved ones. These care packages cannot contain any of the following:

  • Stickers

  • Staples

  • Glitter

  • Crayons

  • Sexual Content

  • Stamps

The SPRITE Program mailing address and the physical address are the same. You will be sending your mail to the same address. All mail is required to have your return address and the inmate’s first and last name along with their identification number.

Sending Money

You are permitted to send money orders through the mail or bring the money order with you to your visitation appointment. Either way will allow you to deposit much needed funds into the inmate’s commissary account.

Phone calls

One of the only things an inmate can do in the SPRITE Program is to have phone calls to their loved one. An inmate will need to make sure they have money in their phone account prior to calling home.

The phone service in the facility is called Global Tel Link.

Visitation

You will be required to submit your visitor’s application, if you are looking to visit an inmate in the SPRITE Program. You will need to wait for your application to be approved.

After your application is approved, then you can officially schedule your appointment. Appointments are daily during these times 9 am to 10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, and lastly 2 pm.

When you come to the facility for your visitation appointment, you will also need to have your driver’s license ready to present to the correctional officers in the lobby. If you fail to bring it with you, you will not be able to visit and use your appointment.
