Sending a Mail/Care Package

While inmates are in the Northern Virginia Juvenile Detention Center, they will be permitted to receive letters, photos, and other items from you.

If you would like to send a care package, you will be permitted to do so, but there is one small condition. You will be REQUIRED to use Access SecurePak. You will NOT be permitted to send a care package directly from your home. You will need to use the following third-party site.

Sending Money

Inmates in the Northern Virginia Juvenile Detention Center will need money to purchase various items from the commissary. The commissary is the prison store where inmates can purchase extra items that the facility does not give them.
