Sending Money

You are permitted to send money orders through the mail or bring the money order with you to your visitation appointment. Either way will allow you to deposit much needed funds into the inmate’s commissary account.

Phone calls

One of the only things an inmate can do in the Juvenile Residential Center of Northwest Ohio is to have phone calls to their loved one. An inmate will need to make sure they have money in their phone account prior to calling home.

Visitation

You will be required to submit your visitor’s application, if you are looking to visit an inmate in the Juvenile Residential Center of Northwest Ohio. You will need to wait for your application to be approved.

After your application is approved, then you can officially schedule your appointment. Appointments are daily during these times 9 am to 10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, and lastly 2 pm.

When you come to the facility for your visitation appointment, you will also need to have your driver’s license ready to present to the correctional officers in the lobby. If you fail to bring it with you, you will not be able to visit and use your appointment.
