Sending a Mail/Care Package

Starting on November 12, 2018, the Murray County Jail will not be accepting mail that is mailed to the facility's physical address. You will know how to go through the service Text Behind.

Text Behind will electronically send messages to the Murray County Jail where the staff members can print them out and give them to the inmate it is addressed to. This is a lot safer for everyone involved and it is a lot faster for inmates to receive your letters.

Keep in mind that the mail will be photocopied and then given to the inmate. The original copy of the letter will be destroyed after it is photocopied.

Phone calls

Inmates can make calls one of two ways, while they are in the Murray County Jail.
